Chess bean

Chess bean
Tomorrow is "February 2". We want to eat steamed buns here. Some places are called "chess beans", so I also made some, hehe, for my family and friends

Recipe Recommendations

  • flour 800 grams
  • eggs of 3
  • black sesame 100 grams
  • yeast appropriate amount
  • alkali noodles appropriate amount
  • blending oil 3 scoops
  • salt appropriate amount

Steps for Chess bean

  • 1
Soak the noodle cellar the night before (the noodles left from making steamed buns before serve as yeast), and add part of the flour in to make dough
  • 2
Get up this morning, add the remaining flour, sesame seeds, thirteen spices, blended oil, salt, alkali flour, beat the eggs, make dough, and place it in a warm place

In the afternoon, the dough was ready when I got home from work. I kneaded it evenly and divided the dough into three portions. I made two portions into two pot helmets and put them in a pan to bake them into cakes. When it was a little cool, cut them into small dices, and then put them in the pan. Bake slowly over low heat, turn over a few more times, and turn off the heat and leave the pan when it tasted crispy

The remaining portion of dough is rolled into pancakes, cut into thin strips, and then cut into dices.[I didn't think of uploading pictures when making it, so there was no partial photo taken. The top plate is the pie without dices cut, the left plate is the steamed buns slowly copied out in the pan, and the right plate is the fried dices (chess beans)]

Pour about 500 grams of vegetable oil into a frying pan, bring to a boil, add diced noodles, turn the heat on a lower level (fry it more once on a low heat to make it crispy), and fry it until golden brown
