The butter absorbs heat and melts.
4
Pour the melted butter into the cookie crumbs and stir well.
5
Wrap the mousse ring with tinfoil, put the biscuit crumbs into the mousse ring and firm it.
6
Take 3 gelidine tablets and soak them in ice water until soft.

Pour the melted gelatine liquid into the yogurt and stir well.
9
Sift the yogurt gelatine mixture.
10
Pour the yogurt mixture into the mousse ring and refrigerate for 1 hour, which may take longer in summer.
11
Use a little mango juice to insulate and hydrate the remaining gelatine.

Then pour the mango gelatine mixture onto the frozen yogurt layer.

Then place it in the refrigerator for a second time for 1 hour to set.

Finally, soak half of the gelatine until soft, add two spoonfuls of mango juice to melt, pour it on the frozen mango layer to make a mirror, and then place it in the refrigerator for the third time to chill and shape.
