Steps for homemade yogurt

A bag of fresh milk purchased

Pour fresh milk into the milk pot

Then heat and boil

After cooking, let cool (as long as it is about room temperature)

During the cooling of the milk, wash the container containing the yogurt and blanch it with boiling water for a few minutes (do not blanch the lid), and disinfect it

Boxed yogurt ready for use

Put the cooled milk into a sterilized container

Pour the box of yogurt into the milk and stir well

and put it in the yogurt maker.

Cover the cover, plug in the power supply and keep it warm for 7-8 hours (usually it is best to do it before going to bed at night, and it is ready as soon as you get up in the morning)
