steamed bass
By WhitneyMorar
This is the first time I have cooked fish myself. I used to hate it because of the smell. I used to stew it at home for a long time. So I don't like fish very much. But today, a doctor in Corey taught me how to make steamed perch, and then I experimented. It was very successful and the taste was quite delicious ~~~

Steps for steamed bass

1
Buy 1 river bass (live)~ Clean it up and clean the scales and gills. Cut the bass three times on the back (one on the back, one on the left and right sides of the body), apply salt with your hand, drain and set aside. Cut shredded green onions, green onion segments, ginger slices, and minced garlic
2
Pour water into the pan, add spring onions and ginger slices, and bring to a boil
3
Put in the fish, and the water can drown the fish. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, just use chopsticks to tie it through
4
Remove the fish and place it in a plate (deeper plate), careful not to break it ~ not bring water. Sprinkle shredded green onion on the back of the fish (you can also add minced garlic)
5
Put oil in the pan (three times the amount of stir-fried food) and heat it until it smokes ~ Pour on the fish ~ Pour in Li Kum Kee steamed fish soy sauce ~ Out of the pan ~ Although it looks bad, it tastes super delicious ~~
