Steps for New vegetarian fried three Ding

Cut the dragon fruit into small pieces, scoop out the meat with a spoon and cut it into small pieces.

Cut the potatoes and carrots into dice

Add appropriate amount of water to a wok and bring to a boil. Pour diced carrots into boiling water for 2-3 minutes to make them soft

The carrots are almost cooked. Pour in the diced potatoes for a short while

Remove the diced carrots and diced potatoes together and drain them for later use

Add appropriate amount of oil to a frying pan and cook until 80% heat

Pour in diced carrots and diced potatoes and stir-fry for a few times

Add a small amount of water

Add appropriate amount of white sugar and cook until the juice boils

Pour in diced dragon fruit

Finally, add appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate and black pepper to season
