Pumpkin crystal shrimp

Steps for Pumpkin crystal shrimp

Add 1/3 of salt, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1/8 tsp white pepper powder, and 1/2 tsp sesame oil to shrimp and mix well.

Blanch green beans for one minute, remove them in cold water and rinse them, drain for later use.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces of about 2cm, boil the water in the pot, cook for 3 minutes, remove and drain for later use.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan, add shrimp, spray a little rice wine, stir fry for 5 seconds and serve out.

Wash the pan, add another oil pan, add green beans, stir fry a few times.

Then add the diced pumpkin, add salt, sugar, and stir fry well.

Add shrimp meat and chicken essence, add some water, stir fry for a few times.

Finally, mark the sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
