Bacon mushroom roll
By NeilD'Amore
I loved this dish when I first saw it on the website. The combination is simply perfect. The method is simple, saves time and effort, and more importantly, not getting tired of eating more, which is very suitable for office workers.

Steps for Bacon mushroom roll

1
Simple ingredients can be purchased in supermarkets except soy sauce, and bacon is vacuum-packed.
2
This is a soy sauce special that we had an online group with our classmates last year. It is very good for refreshing. (But I didn't use it later because when I bought bacon for the first time, it didn't say what it tasted like. I didn't know it was salty when I made it, so I couldn't use it at all)
3
First take apart the mushroom mushroom, place it in a small basin and rinse it with clean water.
4
After washing, add water to the pan, bring to a boil over high heat, put the mushroom mushroom into the pan and blanch for 2-3 minutes, make sure it is cooked, and then pick up for later use.
5
Remove the vacuum-wrapped bacon, place it on the chopping board, align it in the middle and open it across the board (because it is very long), then take a piece of bacon, and then take a suitable amount of mushroom mushrooms and place it on one end of the bacon, and move the mushroom mushrooms to the other end. Roll it up and fix it without using a toothpick.(There was no photo taken during this process, because it was the first time to take photos while doing it, so lack of experience, hehe, understanding and understanding)
6
This is a group photo taken after they were all wrapped up! Haha... Basically, they didn't break. When there was only one bag, the bacon was broken, and it was a little open when frying.
7
My mother started using a frying pan, but it turned into frying. Seeing that it didn't work, she quickly changed the pan.
8
How about it, it will be different if you change the pan!
9
I obviously thought it was frying, but the result turned out to be like this. It turned into frying. Maybe I put too much oil and fried for too long, but the taste is not bad and very fragrant (mainly this is my first time making it, hee) I didn't use it at all. If I dipped it, I would have to drink water constantly at night!
