glutinous rice with honey sauce
By RoseAdams
I tasted this honey glutinous rice at a banquet. When I got home, I tried making it myself, and the effect was amazing. Moreover, the taste of honey juice can be DIY at will according to your preferences. Red beans, soaked peanuts, lotus seeds, etc. can also be added to the glutinous rice to give a different taste. Simple and delicious, worth a try

Steps for glutinous rice with honey sauce

1
Prepare ingredients: a bowl of steamed glutinous rice, appropriate amount of water starch, sugar, and strawberries, and a bottle of fruit oranges (you can change it to other juice according to your taste).
2
Put the steamed glutinous rice upside down on a plate and set aside.
3
Cut the strawberries into dice.
4
Pour the entire bottle of fruit oranges into the pan. (If you don't like it too sour, you can pour half the bottle and add some water. I prefer sour ones, so I used the entire bottle, and the finished product was really sour.)
5
When the orange juice in the pan starts to bubble (the water is almost boiling), add a proper amount of water starch and stir well. Finally, add a little white sugar according to your taste.
6
Pour the mixed honey juice on the glutinous rice and sprinkle with the chopped strawberries.
