Today, I used green peppers to stir-fry cured meat. The taste of cured meat is very consistent with the pepper. However, I didn't use the pepper because it was spicy. I used the non-spicy garden pepper and green pepper. It has the taste of chili but does not have the spicy taste of chili peppers. It is quite delicious.
