Steps for Cordyceps spareribs soup

Chop the ribs in small pieces and wash them, place them in a pan and blanch them in water, pick them up and rinse them with cold water, and drain them.

Slice ginger.

Put pork ribs, ginger, and appropriate amount of water into the casserole.

Rinse the Cordyceps with cold water and place it in the pan. (I put it a little too little, but actually I could put it more)

Cover and simmer for two hours, add salt to taste.
