Steps for Sunflower Sushi

    Place a sheet of plastic wrap on the operating table, spread sushi rice on top of it, and then place a piece of seaweed on top.

    Cut the seaweed into 1cm strips with rice.

    Rotate each strip 90 degrees and stick it together.

    Stick a piece of seaweed on each side and place on the sushi curtain. Put the smoked salmon slices on one side, then put a cucumber slice, roll the salmon slices first, and then roll them into a roll with the seaweed.
