I wasn't going to eat at noon, but many friends came to ask me: What should I eat today? Hahaha, how many friends care about me? I can't let you down. I cooked some rice and made a few patties, and just made a (rice burger).

Steps for Rice burger

Cut 1/3 of the onion into diced pieces and make 120 grams of meat paste.

Chop some shrimps into paste.

Prepare egg liquid.

Mix diced onion, meat paste, shrimp paste, egg liquid, bread flour, cooking wine, black pepper, salt, and soy sauce.

Mix all ingredients well.

Make the meat paste into a cake shape.

Use a shovel to press it tightly.

Put it in a pan and roast on both sides over medium heat.

Dip a little salt in your hands and knead the warm rice, press it into a shape similar to the size of a patty, place it in the pan and roast it on a slight low heat.

Prepare seaweed.
