Today, I wanted to make mooncakes, Sugar-style mooncakes with meat stuffing, but there was no lard at home, 555, so I served dumplings. I still prefer to eat fried dumplings, so some of them are in the freezer and you can eat them in the morning, and some of them are swept up like this. It feels good to make dumplings quietly by myself. In less than an hour and a half, everyone was full. Hehe, the filling is quite miscellaneous. It is pork and beef with celery and pepper.

Steps for fried dumplings

The filling is quite miscellaneous. It is pork and beef with celery and pepper. Add appropriate seasoning.

Ordinary noodles are mixed, no fermentation is needed, wake up for 10 - 15 minutes
