Flaxseed beef salad

Flaxseed beef salad
I still remember buying a book in China many years ago that introduced various benefits of flaxseeds. If I remember correctly, the book was called "Food and Diet", but it was not so easy to buy flaxseeds in China. When I first saw it in an organic food store in France, I immediately bought a bunch back.
The flaxseeds here are available in brown and yellow, and there is a considerable price difference, but it seems to be the same to me. Flax seeds are most commonly eaten baked in bread, especially cereal bread
