Steps for Shredded pork with hazel mushroom

Soak hazel mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes, rinse and set aside

Shred meat, onions and ginger for use

Add oil to the pan, saute the onion, ginger, and pepper powder. Add the shredded pork into the pan and stir-fry until it changes color.

Add cooking wine, add sugar and add hazel mushrooms

Add appropriate amount of soup or water to simmer slightly
