Steps for Dried roasted chicken nuggets

Make the sauce first: saute the garlic paste in oil until fragrant, add the peeled, seeded and diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.

A little garlic spicy sauce, stir-fry together for about 5 minutes (note that the heat should not be too high).

Season with a little salt and sugar.

While frying the sauce, you can first salt the chicken leg meat into small pieces and marinate it with cooking wine for about 10 minutes.

Wash the eggplant.

Cut the eggplant into strips and open the flower knife (just to add flavor).

Dip the marinated chicken leg meat with a little cornflour.

Fry in oil until golden brown.

The eggplant strips are oily.

Saute onions until fragrant.

Drain off excess oil, pour in the fried chicken, and add the fried sauce.
