Steps for Strawberry yogurt ice cream

Stir the mixture of syrup and egg yolk evenly and heat it to 85 degrees under water. Also, stir while heating. When the egg yolk becomes very sticky, it will be hung on the spoon wall and scratch it with chopsticks. It will be fine if there are clear scratches.
