Steps for Italian custard

Choose fresh milk and whipped cream

This time we use French milk chocolate, or you can choose common ones.

Add the mixed slurry of 500ml cream, 160ml milk and 100g sugar into a small pot and heat until it is completely blended without boiling

No need to cool down, add the chocolate and jelly slices (the jelly slices are put in cold water for 1 hour before softening), stir well, and place them in the refrigerator fresh-keeping layer

After 1 hour, pour the remaining 400ml of cream into a small bowl and stir until it is semi-solid.

Add 5 to step 4, stir well, and place into the mold

Take it out after two hours. Since it is difficult to pour out, it is recommended to use hot water to blanch the mold.
