Steps for Black tea jelly

1
For preparing materials, it is best to use Lipton Black Tea Bags for black tea, but others are also fine.
2
Put hot water in the container, and put the black tea bags into the water to soak.
3
Just soak the black tea like this.
4
Pour the black tea into the pot and turn on high heat to boil.
5
Put the jelly powder into the white sugar and stir well with a spatula. (Make sure you mix the jelly powder with white sugar, otherwise the jelly you make will knot.)
6
Stir well and pour into the black tea.
7
Stir slightly with a large spoon, then start to boil, just mix.
8
After mixing, use a spatula to remove it. If the tea on the spatula is not littered and bright, it means that it has been mixed. If there is little by little, it means that there is no mixing and you need to continue cooking.
9
Then you can put it into a cup, use a spoon, and you can fill it up according to your own portion. Finally, place it in the refrigerator and refrigerate until it is set and ready to serve.
