Golden corn cake
By CarrieCorwin
I often eat corn cakes when I go outside, but many times I eat them, they are made of frozen corn kernels. The taste is greatly reduced. Today, I made them with fresh corn at home, and I can't say anything after eating them!

Steps for Golden corn cake

1
Cook the corn in water (a few minutes after boiling)
2
Place the cooked corn on the chopping board and use a knife to cut the corn kernels along the core
3
Separate the sticky corn kernels with your hands, place them in a leaking bowl, rinse them into the water, and shake off excess water
4
Pour in the starch and mix well until the starch adheres to each corn grain
5
Put more oil in the pan and heat it up, then pour out to leave a little oil, and reduce the heat
6
Spread out the corn kernels in the pan and fry them on low heat for about three minutes to allow the corn kernels to stick and form.
7
Pour the poured oil back into the pan until the oil reaches the corn kernels. Change to medium heat for a few minutes
8
Hold the corncake with a spatula, pour out the oil in the pan, then put it on an oil-absorbing paper to absorb the excess oil, sprinkle some sugar powder on it, and add a few sugar stars to decorate
