Fuling pickled mustard has always been my favorite brand of pickled mustard. Whether you eat it directly or stir-fried, it is a good taste. Of course I like it.

Steps for stir-fried shredded mustard with celery

Wash the celery and shred it.

Beat the garlic, cut it into fine pieces, and shredded Fuling pickled mustard for later use.

Boil boiling water in a pot and blanch the shredded celery.

Heat the oil in the pan, add garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add shredded celery and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of shredded mustard and stir fry.

Stir fry evenly and add appropriate amount of salt to taste. (Don't have too much salt, the pickled mustard is salty)
