I like to cook and eat at home, but I have never posted pictures. This is the first time today, huh? This tuna fish and cheese baked mashed potatoes was eaten in a Japanese food place before. I like it very much and learned to cook it myself.
There were no photos taken during the process, only words described it.

Steps for Tuna fish and cheese baked potato mashed
1
Choose potatoes first. The potatoes should not be too thick and choose ones that are flatter. Wash it without peeling, then cut the potatoes in half in the middle. Spread a little salt evenly on the surface of the potatoes.2
Then put it in a steamer. It's best to wrap the potato skin with kitchen paper or it's easy to peel. Depending on the size of the potatoes, steam them to a slightly harder state than the mashed potatoes for about 15-20 minutes. The potatoes will last longer when they are bigger.3
When steaming potatoes, prepare the toppings. First of all, we use canned tuna bought in supermarkets and sold in imported food. About a whole can can make half potatoes. Tuna fish is called tuna. Crush the tuna fish with a spoon, mix in a little thousand-island dressing or salad dressing, and mix into a paste.4
Prepare cheese with cheese baked with mashed potatoes, buy cheese slices, freeze them in the refrigerator, freeze them hard, and quickly cut them into shredded silk before thawing. Remove the steamed potatoes, add the tuna fish paste in the salad, sprinkle with shredded cheese on top, and wrap it in tinfoil.5
Put it in the electric oven and roast it at about 120 degrees (my electric oven cannot adjust the temperature, it is the only degree). After about 15-18 minutes, you can take it out and eat it after seeing that the cheese on the surface is slightly burnt.
