Steps for Spaghetti Bolognese

1
All materials are as shown in the picture.
2
Chop fat and lean pork, minced onions, minced garlic, peeled tomatoes and diced.
3
Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes (the hardness depends on your taste), and put it in cold boiling water to cool.
4
Remove and drain the noodles, and mix in appropriate amount of cooking oil to prevent the noodles from sticking.
5
Heat wok with oil, add garlic and saute until golden.
6
Add the chopped onions and stir-fry until the chopped onions are transparent.
7
Add the meat paste and stir fry until the meat paste changes color and oil.
8
Add ketchup, appropriate amount of sugar, stir fry until the meat is colored.
9
Add diced tomatoes and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
10
Add appropriate amount of water or stock, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat, and cook for about 25 minutes until the soup is thick.
11
Add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper powder, leave half of the sauce in the pan, add the noodles and stir fry to facilitate the flavor (you don't have to fry, there is no picture for this step), pour a little of the remaining sauce after taking out of the pan.Spaghetti Bolognese Make Tips
1. It is best to use a deep pot for boiling noodles, with a generous amount of water. Add a few drops of cooking oil to the water. Once the water boils, drop the noodles vertically into the pot, allowing them to separate on their own and slowly fall into the water.
2. Cooking time depends on personal preference; I boiled them for 10 minutes, and the noodles were still quite chewy.
3. You can add an appropriate amount of Italian herbs in step 8; I didn't buy any, so I didn't add them.
4. Fatty pork can be substituted with lean meat or beef, which tastes even better
