Steps for Jelly salad

Soak the jellyfish in salt water for 2 to 3 hours, then remove it and cut it into shredded silk, wash it 2 to 3 times, drain and set aside.

Shred green onions, cut coriander into sections, cut garlic into bits, and remove seeds from dried peppers.

Add a little soy sauce, more sugar and vinegar to the bowl because the jellyfish are salty, then add shredded green onions and dried peppers, add hot oil, stir well and set aside.
