Steps for Sauteed snails in soy sauce

Wash 6 fragrant snails.

Preparation of ingredients: Li Kum Kee garlic chili sauce, shredded ginger, chopped green onions, and finely chopped coriander.

Boil water in the pan, add the fragrant snails and cook for 5 minutes.
