Pomelo muffins
By ReidFrami
Last time, I felt like something was missing. It turned out that everyone reported that I was missing the filling. This time, I didn't use synthetic powder. I used eggs to batter it myself and added flour and a little baking powder (it's okay to leave it alone, if the eggs were enough). Fry it with MiniSkillet slowly, and the effect is good.

Steps for Pomelo muffins

1
Beat the two eggs and continue beating until they foam.
2
Add 2 tablespoons of pomelo and 2 to 3 teaspoons of sugar, stir well, add 2 drops of essence, and add 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder to 1/2 cup of flour.
3
After stirring well, gradually use a rubber knife to stir it into the egg mixture. The consistency is like cake. I forget how much flour is. When you determine the amount of egg mixture, add flour several times until the consistency is right.
4
Start the heat slowly, brush the small pan with a thin layer of oil, then pour in a layer of batter, turn the small pan to make the batter form a round shape. The batter should not be too thick, otherwise it will be difficult to cook.
5
Wait until the batter has set, turn it over with a spatula, and then fry the other side. Remove from the pan and cut into slices.
