Ginger, potato and eel soup
By AnthonyMann
Ginger potatoes are a specialty of Chaoshan area. There are many local methods of ginger potatoes, such as boiling sugar water, eating hot pot, making soup with fish balls, or making fish soup with fish fish. I loved it very much when I was a child. This fish soup made with eel and ginger potatoes is very fresh and sweet, and it does not require slow cooking on low heat like Laohuo soup. It is more suitable for office workers to come back from work.
