Stewed lentils with Japanese melon
A very common stew in Northeast China. The ingredients are simple and the method is simpler. It only takes half an hour from preparation to cooking.

This dish is still my sister's masterpiece. I ate a lot of home-cooked dishes at my sister's house during the National Day of the National Day of the National Day, and I feel so satisfied.
