Steps for Zhixiang Ruyi Roll

Place Angel yeast in warm water and let stand for 10 minutes.

Slowly pour the water above into a flour bowl, side by side and stir with chopsticks. After it becomes flocculent, knead it into dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment, and wait until it is about twice the original volume (press it with your fingers. It will not bounce back, and the inner layer is honeycomb).

Knead the fermented dough on the plate for a while to vent the air.

Take appropriate amount of dough, knead it round, and roll it into a dough sheet about half a centimeter thick.
