Steps for Bone cuttlefish soup

Wash the big bones for later use.

Soak the cuttlefish in clear water for 30 minutes, then wash it and set aside.

Add cold water to the pan and bring the big bones to a boil. Remove the big bones and drain them in the running water.

Add water, big bones, cuttlefish to the casserole, cover and bring to a boil.
