Steps for Fish paste with apricot mushroom

Scrape the meat off the fish with a knife

Add shredded ginger to the fish, add cooking wine, mix well and set aside

Cut the apricot mushrooms into sections, use a knife to make a cut or two without breaking them

Boil in salt water until soft, pick up and drain

Fill the marinated fish paste onto the coprinus mushrooms

Put the chopped green pepper in half in the middle and steam for 12 minutes over high heat

Cut lean meat and carrot into dice, stir-fry, place on a green pepper box, mix with oyster sauce and pour over the sauce.
