Steps for Fish fillet and tofu pudding

Wash the fish first, slice the fish, marinate (everyone knows, stop filming) a box of fat tofu

Stir fry some peanuts and set aside

Slice ginger, onion and garlic, shred, and use with bean sauce

Cut large pieces of tofu into large pieces, place in the bottom of a bowl, and place in the microwave for 3 minutes

Saute the onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the bean paste, add water to boil

After boiling, pour the fish slices in. The fish slices are thin and will be cooked in a short time. After cooking, pour all of them into the bottom of the tofu box. Add some peanuts and sesame seeds.
