When you go to a barbecue in our area, you often get two dishes: roasted beans and roasted mushrooms. The beans mentioned here are our rack beans, which are also a type of beans, but they are slender, the meat is thicker, and the grains are very small. Mushrooms are our fresh mushrooms, also called mushroom mushrooms. It is a very common cultivated fungus. Today, I fried these two ingredients instead of roasting them, and the effect was not bad at all!!

Rig beans are very slender beans. When making them, fold the Rig beans into two to three pieces for later use.

Chili peppers and cumin are commonly used ingredients for barbecues. We will also use them here, but I use the whole peppers. In order to increase its umami, I added sesame peppers in them. The result is spicy!!

Pour the oil into a frying pan and heat it to 70% heat. Pour the washed and water-controlled beans into the pan and fry it until the skin is wrinkled and it can be clearly seen that it has shrunk by one circle. Remove and control the oil for later use.

Fresh mushrooms are also fried in the same way. Wash fresh mushrooms must be squeezed out with your hands. Fry fresh mushrooms until they are slightly mushy on the edges and can be taken out and used for oil control.

Leave a little base oil in the pan and fry the peppers and peppers until fragrant

Pour the fried beans and fresh mushrooms into the pan and stir fry well. Finally, pour the cumin and salt into the pan at the same time and stir fry well again, and you can serve the pan!!
