Steps for Snowman Cake

1
Raw materials are ready for use.
2
Soak the raisins and wipe off the water on the surface.
3
Add 30 grams of sugar to egg yolks.
4
Beat with an egg beater until it turns white and becomes about twice its original size.
5
Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg white and beat on slow speed until it is roughly foamed.
6
Then add 15 grams of sugar in three times, quickly beat until lines appear, and finally show the nine-handed state of small toy hooks.
7
Add one-third of the egg white to the egg yolk in Method 3.
8
Stir well with a spatula.
9
Add the remaining egg white and gently scrape from the bottom of the container and mix well. Sift into the egg paste and put low-gluten flour into it.
10
Add appropriate amount of low flour to the raisins and stir well.
11
Add raisins to the egg batter and use a spatula to mix until a uniform batter.
12
Spoon the batter into the mold where the cake paper is laid.
13
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C, add and lower heat, and bake for 20 minutes. Take out the baked cake and place it on a drying rack to cool.
14
Whisk the light cream with appropriate amount of sugar.
15
Put the beaten light cream into a decoration bag. Squeeze the cream onto the cake base.
16
Make the strawberries into the shape of a little snowman and place them on the cake.Snowman Cake Make Tips
If you find it troublesome to make a "snowman" look, you can put the strawberries directly on the cupcake to decorate.
