Steamed pork with black rice flour
Usually steamed pork is steamed with white rice, but today I use black rice flour. People with anemia can eat more black rice to replenish blood, but black rice cooking is not as soft and glutinous as ordinary white rice. Cooking porridge takes time, and the other two people in the family don't eat it. I eat it alone is quite boring. It often takes more than an hour, and most of it is thrown away in the end. So I thought of crushing black rice into powder to make steamed meat. It would taste delicious and would never be wasted again.

Steps for Steamed pork with black rice flour

1
Main materials required. Serve meat before choosing because you can bring some fat meat. If you use lean meat completely, it will not taste good. Of course, if you don't like fat meat, you can use lean meat completely.
2
Cut the meat into slices, and I separated the fat meat, lean meat, and skin so that I could eat what I needed. Chop the pepper into grains and shred the ginger.
3
Add the black rice flour, fish sauce, salt, chili grains, vegetable oil, and soy sauce to the meat and mix well. Be careful not to add water. After mixing, wow, before steaming, I can already smell the aroma of various seasonings after being blended! Leave a little black rice flour and mix it with the potato pieces. You can also leave the potatoes without the rice flour.
4
Cover the seasoned meat on top of the potatoes and straighten it out with your hands. Marinate for 15 minutes or steam directly into the pan. Then evenly spread shredded ginger on top,
5
Pour a proper amount of water into the pan, not too much, just reach the height of the steaming rack, because no matter how long it takes to steam in the pressure cooker, a large amount of water will not be lost. Then put the meat bowl into the pan and steam on the rack.
6
Select a time of 30 minutes. I use a pressure cooker, and the same applies to a steamer, but it takes a relatively long time and I have to constantly inspect it. It saves more trouble to use a pressure cooker and I won't worry about the water drying out.
7
Time's up! If you are not in a hurry, you can turn off the power and let it slowly exhaust itself.
8
This is the exhaust valve for the pressure cooker.
9
If there is not enough time to wait for automatic exhaust, you can also place a towel on the exhaust valve to manually exhaust. This is done to prevent the sprayed water from injuring people and splashing everywhere.
10
Hmm! Okay, okay? Hehe, you can try whatever you want.
