Steps for Smoked pork bun

1
Put the yeast powder into warm water and stir well, add the flour and dough, and ferment for 2 hours.
2
Cut lean pork into diced pieces.
3
Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and monosodium glutamate and stir well.
4
Marinate for 20 minutes and set aside.
5
Put oil in the pan and heat it up.
6
Add the marinated diced pork, add a little water, stir fry.
7
After stir-frying for 1 minute, add water starch to thicken, take out and let cool (it's okay if it's not cooked, it will still be steamed later).
8
Pull the fermented dough into small doses and roll it into a round skin.
9
Wrap in thoroughly cooled roast meat.
10
Just squeeze it well so that the filling does not leak out.
11
Conversely, rub it gently with your hands.
12
Put water in the steamer. After the water boils, apply oil to the bottom of the steamed buns (to prevent them from sticking) and place them on the steamer.
13
Steam for 15 minutes.
