- flour 300 grams
- pumpkin puree 120 grams
- warm water 60 grams
- yeast 3 grams
Steps for Pumpkin roll

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and steam it in the pan

Add flour and yeast

Mix into a smooth dough and leave in a warm place to ferment until twice the size

Remove the fermented dough and exhaust it, add a little edible alkali and knead it well (just a little bit), and rub it into strips

Divide into small doses, each about 15 grams

Roll each dough into a small round cake shape, about 5 cm in diameter. Take 5 small round cakes, stack them together, and press them until about 1/4 of the dough

Turn on high heat, steam for 15 minutes, and turn off the heat. Do not lift the lid immediately. Simmer for 2-3 minutes before opening the lid to prevent shrinkage. After opening the lid, remove the drawer cloth while it is hot to prevent the bottom of the roll from sticking to the drawer cloth.
