I like the fragrance of kumquat, with the nourishment of millet; it is soft and glutinous on the entrance, a very delicious and special dessert.

Prepare ingredients in the required amount.

Wash the millet and soak it in clean water for two hours.

Soak kumquat in salt water for half an hour, wash it and control the water to dry for later use.

Drain the soaked millet, and add the chopped dried fruit and kumquat sauce.

Mix evenly.

Take a kumquat and chop off part of the top with a knife.

Then use a knife to take out the pulp inside. (Be careful not to break the peel when you dig it out)

Remove all the kumquats in turn.

Use a small spoon to put the mixed millet into kumquat. (Don't put too much millet in it, because it will swell after steaming)

Place the kumquat filled with millet on a plate and set it up.

Put in a steamer and turn on medium heat to steam. After steaming, turn off the heat for about 20 minutes.

Take a small pot, add a little water, a little honey, a little kumquat sauce, and add a little corn starch, and heat on low heat until a transparent thin sauce.

Remove the steamed kumquat from the steamer, set the plate, and use a small spoon to pour the thin sauce on the kumquat and serve.
