onion rings

I fried a few onion rings last night. Because they were fried food, I specially made less of them. Remove the middle and chopped onions, but only half of them was used. After frying, I found several rings of vastly different sizes. I had an inspiration and thought of a famous foreign painting called "Scream". So I made a screaming pose, hee hee, I hope I didn't scare you. I was so funny that when I looked at this look on my mobile phone under the quilt before going to bed, I couldn't help but laugh out loud.

Steps for onion rings

Raw material diagram. Beat the eggs, set aside corn starch, bread crumbs, and onions.

Cut the onions into rings about 8 mm. Marinate with appropriate amount of salt and pepper for ten minutes.

After marinating, wrap it with a layer of corn starch.

Then soak in the egg mixture.

Add another layer of bread crumbs.

Make all the rings to be fried.

Put proper amount of oil in the pan. I only put in a small amount and could only fry three rings at a time.

Add onion rings, fry until golden brown, and dip in ketchup.
