I have never made mousse cake before, but at the company's annual meeting, I ate the super delicious chocolate mousse. The taste is simply amazing, so I must try it in the near future.
This [Red Bean Crispy] is similar to wife cakes. It is just rolled out of meringue. It's quite fun. If you don't take photos, it's very easy to make.
It was done in the afternoon. When it was done, the sun had set, and the finished product pictures taken under the light were a little stunned. It would be great if I didn't go to work. I could hug the sun every day, haha.
