Steps for Steamed egg with straw mushroom

Put the salt and cooking wine in the meat paste and stir vigorously in one direction. (I forgot to take pictures after stirring)

I prepared 6 mushrooms and 6 quail eggs each, but the steamer couldn't fit enough, so I changed it to 5.

Use a small spoon to hollow out the mushroom seeds and gently not to dig them through.

Fill with minced meat and press on yourself with your thumb.

Beat quail eggs into meat nest.

Place the medlar in the middle of the eggs; steam over high heat and boiling water for 15 minutes.

Pour the steamed soup into a pan, thicken it with starch and pour it into a plate.
