stir-fried rapeseed hearts
By SkylarTorp
The rapeseed heart is the tender stem and leaf part of rapeseed. It is dark green in color, crisp and tender in texture, fragrant in taste, and slightly bitter in taste. It is one of my favorite vegetables. I used to eat it often in my hometown, but now they are sold here. Although it is a bit expensive nowadays, I still want to buy some to try it ~~~
