This was the first time I tried to steam fish with cucumber as a material to get its fragrance. The mandarin fish itself was no longer fishy, so I didn't add any fishy seasoning. It's really light when steamed, haha.

Prepare ingredients: knife on mandarin fish (processed when purchased at the market), cucumber, celery (the part where the pole is taken).

Remove the inner flesh of the cucumber and cut it into appropriate size pieces. Slice the celery for later use.

Apply monosodium glutamate and salt to the whole body of the fish.

Place the fish on the melon and drizzle with a little oil.

Bring the water to a boil, add the fish and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
