Steamed mandarin fish
This was the first time I tried to steam fish with cucumber as a material to get its fragrance. The mandarin fish itself was no longer fishy, so I didn't add any fishy seasoning. It's really light when steamed, haha.

    Prepare ingredients: knife on mandarin fish (processed when purchased at the market), cucumber, celery (the part where the pole is taken).
