Steps for Coconut cotton candy

The first step is to stir the powdered sugar, gelatine powder and water well and bring to a boil, then stir with a blender (I added some orange juice to my water, but it was still white after beating, maybe there was too little at home)

The second step is to use a blender to constantly stir the marshmallow materials, just like butter being beaten, and you can hold the chopsticks upright.

The third step is to put the chopped marshmallow material into a container to cool (it won't take long for a few minutes, I'm sorry I didn't check the time for details)

Finally, cut the cooled marshmallows and sprinkle with mashed coconut to finish.
