I used the recipe of old-fashioned bread and made it into toast during shaping.

Steps for Vintage bread toast

Put all the ingredients of the Zhongzhi dough into the bread maker

Rub evenly

Fermentation until bulge, then fall back until large bubbles are produced

Add all ingredients in the main dough except butter and knead with the middle dough

Kneaded to the expansion stage
