Steps for Qi Feng Cake

Separate the egg yolk from the egg white, and mix the milk, corn oil, 10 grams of white sugar and the egg yolk well.

Use a manual egg beater to stir until egg yolk paste.

Sieve in the low flour and cut and mix well. Be careful not to draw circles to avoid low powder and tendons.

Add a few drops of vinegar to egg white, add 30 grams of white sugar in three times to stir dry and foaming.

Pour 1/3 of the protein paste into the egg yolk paste, cut and mix well.
