Duck breast salad
This is the first time I publish a recipe here. I hope everyone likes my duck breast and pine nuts salad. It's easy to make, it only takes half an hour.

    Prepare all the ingredients needed for the salad, take 100g of arugula and lettuce (cut into strips) and place them in a salad bowl, dice the red pepper, grind the skin out with lemon, take the skin and place it in the salad.

    Before making a salad, slice the French bread and place it in the oven. Bake it at 180 degrees for 8 minutes on each side,

    Put the duck breast on the skin side in a non-stick pan and fry for 15 minutes. After the oil has come out, turn over and fry for 1 minute. Then put it in the oven and set it at 160 degrees, with the skin side facing up and bake for 20 minutes. This can keep the duck meat tender and juicy. After roasting, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
