In recent days, I have eaten a lot of fresh pomfret. I often get tired of eating everything, but there are still so many in the refrigerator. Moreover, the pomfret will turn yellow and hard after it is frozen for a long time, and it will become difficult to eat. So I changed the way to eat it, and I tried a new method today. Steps for Red tomato pomfret

A few small pomfrets.

Wash the pomfret and turn it into blocks with the oblique blade.
