Steps for Boil scallion oil

Wash the chives and drain the water

Pour the cooking oil into the pan, and when the oil temperature is slightly hot, add the folded chives in half

Cook over medium to medium heat until the color of the chives is slightly browned, remove the chives

Allow the scallion oil to cool and pour into an empty bottle. Mix noodles, pancakes... Serve as you please.
