Steps for chilli shrimp

Cut fresh shrimps and remove shrimps. Remove the shrimp line, wash and drain.

Cut the ingredients except the potatoes and set aside.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips, soak in water for 10 minutes, pick up and drain for later use.

Put the oil in the pan and cook it to 70% heat, and add the fresh shrimp.

Fry the shrimps until the skin looks a little crispy and pick them up.

Add the potato chips to the oil in the pan and fry until they are cooked and golden brown. Pick up and drain the oil.
